Please read before filling out form

  • Please confirm and notify LPH Management estimated the total number of attendance at least 48 hours prior to the date of the event.

  • If refreshment will be served, please keep it off from the stage are and remind the attendance to wash hands before touching any pianos. Please clean up after the event, otherwise, LPH reserves the rights to charge an additional cleaning fee.

  • If projection system or mic and sound system are required for the event, please notify us 3 days prior to the date of the event.

  • Please advise all the attendance to turn off their cell phone before the event starts.

  • Please coordinate the event within 4 hours limited time frame. If more time is required, please ask for special arrangement.

  • If any other special assistance is required, please let us know 24 hours prior to the event.

  • LPH staff will set up a reception desk for each event, and promotional material might be given to attendance at the event.

  • Any loss or damage to this facility and/or its contents, as a direct or indirect consequence of rental will be charged to you.

  • Goods left in the hall beyond booking times will be kept in lost and found for one week.

  • Goods or equipment left in the hall beyond booking and inhibiting hall usage will be moved out at the renter's expense.

  • Fees: $400 within 3 hours, $100 for each extra hour, $100 cleaning fee will be applied if there is any refreshment. If there is more than one piano required, extra moving fees $150 will be applied.
